Merrigum golfers contested the Greenwood Memorial mixed Canadian on Saturday.

The inclement weather has continued and for the second week in a row no golf was played by women golfers on Wednesday.

However, golfers played during the weekend on nice sunny breaks.

Syllabus changes have been a headache for captain Bev and her match committee.

The Glad Robbins final between Terri Wangeman and Liz Mulcahy will be played on October 10.

Quarter-finals of the Edna Starritt 4BBB knockout have been extended, to be played on or before Friday, September 30, with the semi-final on or before October 21, and the final being played on November 4.

Kath Flanagan teams event will be played on the November 30.

The Monthly Medal including the silver spoon play-off has been rescheduled to October 12 with October 19 being the medal play-off.

Keep Friday, November 25 free to play in the Jan Dunlop 4BBB Stableford event.

Presentation Day has been moved from October 26 to December 14 and will incorporate Christmas lunch.

Summer pennant: Names to Bev and join in the fun of playing in pairs for Hill Top.

A new event will be trialled on the next two Wednesdays — Hill Top Ladies Foursomes. Arrange a partner or Bev will sort out pairs.

Wednesday’s Event: Ladies Foursomes Championship round one.
