Liz Mulcahy and Colleen Johns scored 78.5 nett to win the day, narrowly edging out Sheryl Curran and Bev Roberts who scored 79 nett.
Congratulations to Julie Gregg and Elaine Dunk, who won the two-day foursomes event with a combined score of 158 nett score, outclassing their nearest rivals by many shots.

The stableford nine-hole competition was won by Helen Williams with 14 points on countback from Janet Leahy and Joyce Tavener.
Pennant: Last week’s pennant was cancelled due to the temperature rising above 37°C.
Yesterday, the last game for the season was played at Valley View, against Valley View White.
Congratulations to the Valley View Green team who looks set to win the west division after finishing on top.
The final between it and the winner of the east division will be played Flag Day at Mooroopna on December 5. All players are invited to play on that day.
Golden Putter: The popular competition has seen the ball holed for only a small reward as the booty was collected a couple of weeks ago.
Terri Wangeman lived up to her good putting reputation and watched as the ball dropped in, making it twice she has collected the prize.
The final of the Glad Robbins 4BBB knockout event will be played today at 10am between Lyn Fanning/Bev Roberts and Loretta Wiffen/Di Day. Come along and watch what should be a tightly contested match.
The Jan Dunlop 4BBB stableford event sponsored by our chemist was played last Friday, and attracted a good field.
Trophies were excellent, as was the tasty lunch.
Sandy Harvey, who cannot quite break away from Hill Top, returned from Rich River to partner Lyn Flett and combined well to score 47 points winning on a countback from Liz Mulcahy and Yvonne Kartner. Third prize went to Judy Baker and Sheryl Curran scoring 46 points.
The home ground advantage was evident, with the top three prizes going Hill Top’s way.
